Action Taken:
Allen took immediate action by conducting extensive research to better understand the issue. He then submitted an innovative idea on the internal platform for change: an unsecured credit card for temporary residents. In his proposal, Allen highlighted the gap in our service offering, explaining how other leading Canadian banks were already offering similar products. He stressed that this policy change was long overdue, especially as Canada continues to welcome more newcomers. Allen made the case that offering unsecured credit cards to these individuals would not only enrich their financial lives but also enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

He rallied his colleagues for support, encouraging them to vote and comment on the idea to help make it a reality. Allen’s dedication to improving the customer experience and addressing this issue was clear in his approach.
